Quick & Easy Pizza Base
Servings = 2
Preparation time 5 minutes, cook time 10 minutes
2 cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup almond flour
Pre-heat oven to 180◦c
Melt the mozzarella in the microwave for 60 seconds. Remove from the microwave and mix, put back in the microwave for a further 1 ½ minutes until all the cheese has melted.
Next mix in the almond flour, if you find it difficult to mix, place back in the microwave for a further 30 seconds.
Once the almond flour and mozzarella are combined, spread the dough out on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment. Pop in the oven for 8 – 10 minutes.
For garlic bread:
Add in 1tsp garlic granules to the dough, when mixing in the almond flour. Once the bread has been removed from the oven, spread over some garlic butter (1 – 2 cloves of garlic crushed and 2tbs butter melted).
