Halloumi Fries

Preparation time 5 minutes, cook time 5 - 10 minutes

Ingredients:

225g Halloumi cheese

Method:

1. Slice the halloumi cheese into chip size pieces

2.  Carefully place halloumi slices into deep fat fryer basket and fry until golden brown.  We have our fryer heated to 150℃.

3. These are delicious dipped in the creamy mayonnaise (recipe can be found on the "sauces" page).
