a) We have tried to ensure that information provided in the website is accurate. However, we make no representation and give no warranty of any kind in respect of the information.
b) We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise from reliance on information contained in the website or in respect of any error or omission, except in relation to death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Description of Products
a) The description and specification of products in the website is only approximate and we reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.
b) We may correct any error appearing in the website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.
a) You may order products from the website by submitting a completed order form through the check-out procedure.
b) In order to benefit from multi-buys such as Buy One Get One free offers or three for two offers, customers should remember to order the full multiples – for example: 2 packets for the Buy One Get One Free, or 3 packets for a three for two offer.
c) We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have given and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.
The Price and Payment
a) The price of the products will be the price quoted in the website at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable value added tax, but not the cost of delivery.
b) In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in the website at the time we accept your order – unless you qualify for free delivery. The amount of these charges varies according to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order.
c) Payment is made by credit card/debit card or PayPal at the time we accept your order, (the payment methods we accept are listed in the website at the time you place your order). Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your original payment method.
d) Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and items may be incorrectly priced. In this event we will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.
e) Please note that with all items that are shown as discounted (“50% off” etc) the price shown already includes that discount. For example a product shown as £4.99 and 50% off would normally be priced at £9.99.
Delivery of Products
Standard Delivery - 48 hour service
Our standard delivery for anything over 2Kg = £5.99 within mainland UK. We regret that we are unable to ship orders to the Republic of Ireland or mainland Europe at this time.

This service comes with full order tracking, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel online and via email and text message notifications from the moment it enters our courier’s network.
Once your order has been collected from us you will receive a confirmation email from us letting you know that the delivery is on its way. Our courier will then contact you separately with your tracking details.
On the day of delivery you will be sent a notification letting you know what hour your order will be delivered (e.g. between 12pm and 1pm) and if you are not going to be in at that time, you can rearrange delivery by responding to the message.
Please note that parcels are only delivered Monday to Friday, not on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.
If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
Please take care when opening parcels with a knife or other sharp object as this may pierce the products within and any products inadvertently opened in this manner will not be eligible for exchange or refund. We recommend removing the tape on the box by hand.
Online voucher codes are sent out via email as soon as an order is placed. By default these go to the email address listed in the order, if your voucher purchase is a gift for someone please let us know using the ‘order notes’ section of the checkout form and we will send the voucher to the recipient you choose.
Please note that these codes are valid for online use only.
We accept payment by all major credit cards via strike or PayPal. You can select your preferred payment method on the checkout page.

Please note that for offers to work correctly and the discount to be applied to your shopping, the total number of products involved in that offer need to be added to the basket. For example if a particular product is Buy One Get One Free, two must be added to the basket, in the case of 3 for 2, three must be added and so on.
Our offers and promotions are subject to availability. We have the right to withdraw offers without notice.
a) You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and give the reason for cancellation.
b) If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, then you must return the products to us at the address mentioned above in section 2. The products should be returned unused, in a reasonable condition and at your own expense.
c) You may also return individual items to us at the same address inline with the guidelines above. Again these must be unused, in a reasonable condition and with postage costs at your own expense.
Any personal details provided to The Keto Pantry will not be shared with third parties.
